We’re Now a Brevo Partner Agency. Here’s What We’re Planning…

Some months ago, my partner and I were working late one night on plans for an eCommerce brand. I started running down the list of everything we’d need to set up for our client—shopping cart, payment processor, email platform, transactional messages, and, since this vendor sells in-person at events, some kind of calendar tool that could update their Facebook followers automatically.

Halfway through, we stopped and looked at each other. If we’re overwhelmed by all this (and I’ve been in digital for 20 years), how the hell are our nonprofit clients—many of them run by part-time staff and volunteers—supposed to manage it?

This is exactly where Screechy Cat Media can step in and actually make a difference. And our new status as a Brevo Partner Agency is a big part of where we’re going next.

So… What’s Brevo?

If you haven’t heard of Brevo yet, think of it as the Swiss Army knife of CRM and marketing automation platforms. It helps you manage your contacts, automate emails and texts, run smarter campaigns, and stay connected — without duct-taping five different tools together.

It’s powerful, flexible, and (this is important) affordable. It’s also a certified B Corp, which matters to us — because we focus on nonprofits and small businesses that care about purpose as much as performance.

Also? It’s what we use at Screechy Cat Media. That little chat tool on our site? That’s Brevo. Our email workflows? Yep, Brevo. It works — and it works the way we work.

What This Means for Our Clients

We’re not just using Brevo behind the scenes. As a certified partner and reseller, we can now:

  • Help our clients set up and customize Brevo to match their actual workflows
  • Offer flexible, scalable pricing (no bloated packages or “enterprise” fluff)
  • Plug Brevo in as the CRM + automation layer for something bigger we’re building (spoiler below)

Basically: we’re building a smarter, more streamlined system for the organizations we serve — and Brevo’s a core part of that plan.

So… What’s That Bigger Thing You’re Building?

Glad you asked (he said nervously).

We’re finishing up backend development on something called the Centralized Growth Suite (CGS) — a platform designed for nonprofits and community-focused orgs that need to manage outreach, events, e-commerce, donations, and CRM all in one place.

No patchwork tools. No login chaos. Just one system that works, and pricing that actually makes sense.

We’re still keeping the details tight for now, but know this: Brevo is the CRM + automation layer under the hood. And we chose it because it actually works for the people we serve — not just for us.
